CHINA ITF 2003 Conference Summary


New and Young Leaders of China ITF

The year 2003 CHINA ITF Conference was convened independently by TaeKwon-Do enthusiasts in Beijing, the capital city of China on December 12-13, 2003. The third generation leadership of China ITF was reelected and the new CHINA ITF constitution was passed.

1. Each item on the agenda of the Conference was carried out by the way of voting, among the representatives come from whole China. By means of election, and on the basis of the principle that minority must be subordinate to the majority.
