| On November 16 2002, Korean Taekwon-Do Committee
applied to host 13th World Taekwon-Do Championship because Poland
ITF does not respect General Choi’ Last Worlds and discriminate
against the members who respect General Choi’s Last Words.
After the meeting of the ITF Board of Directors, Greece ITF also
applied to host this Championship. According to some NGB’
requests, the ITF Board of Directors and C- Council arrived at
a conclusion after many talk. They advised the ITF President,
Mr. Chang Ung to consider the Greece’s application. Mr.
Chang Ung discussed with Korean Taekwon-Do Committee. As a result
Korean Taekwon-Do Committee decided to withdraw their proposal
for the Greece ITF to host the 13th World Taekwon-Do Championship
2003 as the gesture of friendship and to contribute their cooperation
for the preparation of this event.
