The IOC member, ITF President, Mr. Chang Ung will come to South Korea for the 2003 Daegu Summer Universiade in August, 2003.

On 22 May, the IOC member, WTF President, Dr. Un Yong Kim said “I invited Mr Chang Ung to take part in the 2003 Daegu Summer Universiade. We are going to discuss about the exchange of the South and North sports activities, especially Taekwon-Do”.

Last year Mr. Chang Ung visited Bussan Asian Games in South Korea, and this year 12 May he met Dr. Un Yong Kim during the GAISF Congress in Madrid, Spain. They discussed the matter about the North and South Korean unified team to enter the 2004 Athens Olympics.
