Dear Grandmasters, Masters, Instructors and students,

On behalf of the China ITF and Chinese Taekwon-Do practitioners, it is my pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2009 International Friendship Tournament which will be held by China ITF. The tournament is fully supported by Grandmaster Park Jong Soo, Master Hwang Jin, and many senior members in the world. The tournament is held regularly by China ITF every two years. It is scheduled this year to take place on August 23 in Beijing, China.

We are pleased to hear that Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong have conformed to send their delegations. With the rapid development of ITF Taekwon-Do in China, the tournament has been making so many improvements, and we have confidence to make this tournament even successful. We hope you will be able to come and take part in the tournament, and we are sure you will enjoy this cheerful event. China ITF sincerely invites practitioners from all over the world regardless of affiliation.
