Mr.Li Guangsong, President of China International Taekwon-Do Federation ( China ITF ), is at the 5th. Degree of ITF.
He started to learn Taekwon-Do in 1990, but through hard work and with several years’ studying experience in Chinese martial arts school, together with his solid martial arts foundation, he was soon awarded the certificate for 1st. degree by ITF. Thereafter, he continued to make endeavors in this field, attending many seminars conducted by General Choi Hong Hi, the Founder of Taekwon-Do, who instructed Mr. Li Guangsong in the techniques and spirits of Taekwon-Do. As General Choi once said,” Instructor Li has a good grasp of the techniques,” and he was awarded the certificates for the ITF 2nd, 3rd, and then 4th degrees by General Choi himself.
Since 1992, Instructor Li has been devoting himself to the popularization of Taekwon-Do as well as other related educational causes. In 1998, he was again awarded ITF 4th degree certificate and International Instructor Certificate.

2003 China ITF Conference was successfully convened in Beijing, the capital city of China. Through the recommendation of Mr. Shuojing Song, the Founder of China ITF, senior representative of China ITF appointed by General Choi Hong Hi, and election on the conference, Mr. Li Guangsong assumed his responsibilities as the 3rd President of China ITF.

By assiduous study, Mr. Li Guangsong accumulated a wealth of teaching experience and techniques in Taekwon-Do. Among the 10,000-plus students studying under him, many have participated in several competitions both international and national and gained places, which aroused the attention of the Taekwon-Do circle. Now, Mr. Li is striving to popularize Taekwon-Do in China, giving lessons by himself in the training center of China ITF region and guiding the affiliations nationwide.
